Multi-buy discounts are available for selected events in our festivals and classical season. Your discount amount varies by event series and will be calculated as you add events to your shopping basket. The more events for which you buy tickets, the more you save.
Look out for the yellow multi-buy label on our event pages. You can find our events on the 'What’s On' page as well as on our festival and series pages.
We’ve also added 'quick buy' links to our multi-buy event listings so that you can easily go straight to seat selection. If you require more detail on these events, clicking the ‘more info’ button from the listing page will take you to the relevant event page.

We operate cashless ticket desks between 10am and 5pm. All card payments are welcome.
There is no transaction fee when you book in person.
* There is no transaction fee for Members for any event.
We accept all major credit cards and Southbank Centre Gift Vouchers. We also accept cash for bookings made in person.
Please do not email credit card details to us.
Tickets can be sent via e-ticket or collected at Southbank Centre. Tickets sent via post incur an extra charge of £1. You can nominate your preferred delivery method when purchasing your ticket.
The Ticket Office can be found on Level 2 of Royal Festival Hall. ID is required for concession tickets.
A limited allocation of tickets with a 25% discount is available for recipients of Universal or Pension Credit, full-time students and those under the age of 16.

Concession-priced tickets are sold on first-come-first-served basis, and once sold no further tickets are available by any method of booking. Concession prices may not be applicable on top price tickets for certain events. Please note discounts cannot be combined and you will be asked for suitable identification.
We take secondary ticketing very seriously and aim to discourage this by stipulating that tickets should not be resold for profit or commercial gain. If we find tickets on sale without our authorisation by any unauthorised third parties they are identified and cancelled.
We try to identify touted tickets and we contact third person resale sites and ask them to remove the tickets as resale is against our terms and conditions.
Tickets can be returned for a Credit Voucher valid for a year, or can be exchanged for another performance if they are received by the Ticket Office at least 48 hours before the performance.
This service is offered to the original purchaser of the tickets only and there is a transaction fee of £3 per ticket. Occasionally this service may not be available.
If there is a major change to your chosen performance, we will contact you by email, letter, text or telephone.

Online bookings have a reduced transaction fee of £3.00
There is no transaction fee to book in person. Events that are free but ticketed do not have a transaction fee. No booking fees are charged for Southbank Centre Members.
If you wish to receive tickets via post a £1 charge applies.
