Professor Richard Dawkins is an evolutionary biologist, author and public intellectual renowned for advocating for science, and for shedding light on scientific and existential inquiries like ‘What are we doing here?’ and ‘When did life begin?’.
Join him for an evening of reason, touching on topics from science to religion, life on earth and beyond as part of his tour The Final Bow: His Last Tour On The Road.
Dawkins has captivated readers and audiences with books including Unweaving the Rainbow, The Selfish Gene and The God Delusion.
His new book The Genetic Book of the Dead delves into the transformative potential of DNA in our understanding of evolution.

Copies of The Genetic Book of the Dead are available as an optional add-on at point of purchase for £25 (RRP). Books must be collected on the day of the event as we are unable to distribute copies afterwards.

Monday & Tuesday, 10am – 6pm*
Wednesday – Sunday, 10am – 11pm
*If we’re hosting a performance, the building will stay open until the event ends.

On Level 2 of our Royal Festival Hall you can grab a slice of life by the Thames with drinks and freshly made pizza at our Festival Bar & Kitchen which opens out onto our Riverside Terrace. You can grab a coffee and a slice of freshly made cake from our Ballroom Cafe. Or alternatively enjoy destination dining in the restaurant at Skylon.
