The Kindness Method

Part of WOW – Women of the World

If you're ready to make changes that last, you've come to the right place: a workshop from behavioural change specialist Shahroo Izadi on emotional wellbeing.

Izadi takes a refreshing, non-judgemental approach?, focusing on boosting our self-esteem and resilience, rather than demonising ourselves or our behaviours.

Based on the framework laid out in her book The Kindness Method, Izadi guides you through simple written exercises designed to increase self-esteem and self-awareness and develop and sustain the motivation required to make lasting changes.

The rapid guided workshop hands over the tools and motivational knowledge needed to create new habits in a considered and effective way, with overall wellbeing and mental health at heart.

Whether it’s a personal or professional habit you want to change, there is no need to share your aims during the workshop.
