Concrete Lates: Fatima Al Qadiri Live & Aïsha Devi

Part of Concrete Lates

Immerse yourself in sound at a late-night Re-Textured Festival event headlined by Fatima Al Qadiri, plus a transcendental live set from Aïsha Devi.

Kuwaiti music producer and artist Al Qadiri performs boundary-pushing bass tracks in her London live debut of latest EP Shaneera – the name of the artist’s ‘evil extreme femme alter ego’. Al Qadiri is also a member of the group Future Brown on Warp.

No one on this planet sounds like Devi – the Danse Noire co-founder. Her voice is her most powerful tool in a repertoire that includes thumping beats and rave stabs. She’s bowled over crowds at CTM, Mutek, Unsound, Boiler Room and beyond.

Kasra Vaseghi is an Iranian producer, DJ and radio host on NTS. His taste as a selector is versatile and unconventional, blending old-school rave with early trance via Middle Eastern grooves, new beat, acid house and beyond.

Re-Textured Festival is a new multi-venue, multi-sensory festival for London and the UK. The festival combines experimental electronic music, brutalist and modernist architecture and innovative lighting installations for an arresting visual and sonic experience.
