Take a whirlwind trip from Baroque to modern in a programme of short works from composers including Scarlatti, Chopin, Schubert, Strauss, Ravel, Ibert and Poulenc.

The concert features baritone James Wafer, accompanied by pianist Lucy Colquhoun, and pianist Tamila Salimdjanova.

Uzbek pianist Tamila Salimdjanova won first prize and the Audience Award at the highly prestigious BNDES International Piano Competition in Rio de Janeiro and Massarosa International Piano Competition.

James Wafer is currently studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. He has appeared with Nevill Holt Opera, Bath International Music Festival and the National G&S Opera Co.
