Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox

Part of EFG London Jazz Festival

What if a stellar cast of musicians from the UK’s booming jazz scene united for a night full of surprises?

Performing a quirky repertoire of all-time favourites, from Britpop anthems to eternal hits, Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox bends time by reworking modern hits into vintage genres, especially early 20th century forms such as swing and jazz.

The musical collective was formed by Scott Bradlee in 2010, following the viral success of his video ‘A Motown Tribute to Nickelback’. Postmodern Jukebox has now racked up nearly 4 million subscribers on YouTube, and includes a rotating cast of around 100 musicians and vocalists.

Bradlee says, ‘I formed Postmodern Jukebox as a way to bring the classic sounds I loved back into the mainstream, and to build a platform to celebrate real, unadulterated, deserving talent.’
