Lady Sanity, who takes inspiration from talents such as Lauryn Hill, A Tribe Called Quest and Ms Dynamite, also featured in GRM Daily’s 2017 Rated Awards and won the BMA 2018 Best Solo Female award.
Sanity gained her first festival slot at Glastonbury, and has supported hip-hop heavies KRS-One, Lowkey and Roxanne Shante. In summer 2018 Sanity embarked on her first UK tour: Punch Records’ Welcome To My City. Recently representing her hometown in front of an estimated 1 billion viewers for the Commonwealth Games’ 2018 closing ceremony in Australia, the sky's the limit for the up-and-coming artist.
