How to redeem your Membership
- If you received notification of your gift Membership by email, simply follow the link you received and quickly add your Membership to your account.
- Select a single Membership and then choose the one-off payment option.
- At the checkout, input your unique activation code from your gift Membership package.
- Once your gift Membership is redeemed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Membership number. This will arrive within a day of redeeming your Membership and also includes tips on how you can start using your benefits straight away.

Gift Membership FAQs
Gift Memberships can be redeemed at any time within 12 months from the purchase date.
The recipient will have access to the full range of benefits for 12 months from the date on which the Membership is redeemed.
Yes, simply select ‘To someone as a gift’ when asked where you want to send your gift Membership.
Gift Memberships bought via the Southbank Centre website are delivered by email as soon as you complete your order.
