Pabellon
The freshest Venezuelan food in London
Pabellon is a family vendor owned by Helios and Karla Gala, who decided to share generations of family recipes and Venezuelan flavours with the people.
Pabellon serve up two Venezuelan dishes: the pabellon, a healthy and delicious plate consisting of rice, black beans, slow-cooked beef or chicken, fried plantains, avocado, pico de gallo and cornbread, and the arepa, a traditional cornbread stuffed with your choice of protein and all the trimmings. Both are gluten-free and can easily be made vegetarian or vegan.
Well-known on the British street food scene, Pabellon won the 2019 British Street Food Awards.
