Southbank Centre’s Book Podcast: TS Eliot Poetry Prize featuring Hannah Sullivan

The TS Eliot Poetry Prize is one of the most prestigious awards in the literary calendar. In this special episode of the Southbank Centre Book Podcast, Ted Hodgkinson and Debo Amon of our literature team, discuss the 2019 awards.

As well as listening to live readings from nominees Zaffar Kunial, Richard Scott and the winner of the 2019 prize Hannah Sullivan, we also hear short interviews with Scott and Sullivan recorded at the award ceremony.

As well as presenting these readings and interviews, Hodgkinson and Amon discuss the themes and highlights of this year’s competition as well as asking if 2019 is the year of the debut collection?
